I have one.  Pity me.

I've only been sick once since we've been here and that was early last year. I'm not sure if it's just the change in the weather or the fact that Zoe came over to ours with a ripper of a runny nose, but I feel rotten.  I'ma watch baseball today and sleep.  Nothing like feeling sick just in time for the weekend.

It's been a long time since I posted here.

I've been thinking about turning this into a food blog.  What do you think?  Maybe write about some restaurants in our neck of the woods?

I'm a little ashamed of the fact that I've let this blog atrophy.  I spent so many hours here when we first arrived and now I hardly think about it.  I guess I've been busy actually living my life instead of writing about it for you to read.

I've been busier with my new job than I've ever been with work in my life.  It's both challenging and rewarding but it does come with some stress.  I wish I could write publicly about some of it, though privacy issues preclude me from doing that.  I'll have to find a way to satisfy the exhibitionist part of my soul while still retaining some decorum.

If anyone is out there wondering what we've been up to.  We've been getting on with life and life has been getting on with us.  But we've been starting to feel the weight of the calendar and we've been facing some major decisions lately.  Time flies, it really does.
